Teams located in Panmure Street, Brechin moving to Montrose Town House

As part of Angus Council’s Agile programme, from 21 August 2023, the Angus Health and Social Care Partnership teams currently located in Panmure Street, Brechin will be moving to the Montrose Town House, 119 High St, Montrose DD10 8QR. The teams moving include the Older People’s Team which support Brechin and Montrose, the Community Mental Health Teams, Occupational Therapy, and Clerical support.
There is a Stagecoach bus service from Brechin to Montrose. The current timetable can be found here: Service 30: Brechin – Montrose – Arbroath The nearest stop to Panmure Street is Mackie Motors and the nearest stop to Montrose Town House is Montrose Co-op.
This is the last move from Panmure Street Centre which will close shortly.
The council’s Agile programme has delivered £2.77 million p.a. of revenue savings including an annual income from rental properties of over £140k p.a., and £1.2 million of capital receipts to date. It has also decreased the council’s corporate estate carbon footprint by over 300 tonnes of CO2 per annum.
