RNA OPENS A TRANSMITTER IN KIRRIEMUIR

RNA is delighted to announce the opening of a transmitter on 107.9FM based at Webster’s High. We are especially grateful to Mrs Jane Esson, Head Teacher, and Andrew and John Soutar, Kirriemuir Aerial Services, for their assistance,
This completes the network of eight FM transmitters in the Angus towns namely:
Arbroath 96.6FM (two transmitters, one on standby)
Carnoustie 107.5FM
Monifieth 105.9FM
Brechin Community Campus 87.7FM
Montrose Academy 87.7FM
Whitehills Health and Community Care Centre, Forfar 87.7FM
Webster’s High, Kirriemuir, 107.9FM
The station also broadcasts on the Tayside and North Fife DAB Voluntary Access channel on a shared basis, and online at www.radionorthangus.co.uk
Programming by entirely our own volunteers is from 5.30am to 2.00am the next day.
We intend to open a studio in Webster’s High and anyone in the UK with a Coop membership card can help when purchasing Coop goods by using their card to support this at https://membership.coop.co.uk/causes/60907 which will be much appreciated.
