Start of new school year in Angus

As we start the new school year, Angus Council’s Children and Learning Convenor, Cllr Lynne Devine extends a warm welcome to young people, families, carers and teaching staff.
Cllr Devine said: “I’m delighted to welcome everyone back at the start of the new school year. I hope you enjoyed the summer and managed to get a chance to enjoy some of the Get Into Summer activities over the holidays.
“I’d also like to extend a warm welcome to all of the new children and their families joining us this year.
“Wishing you all a fun and successful first day back at school. We look forward to another fantastic year of learning ahead.”
