Business Gateway Question and Answer Session – Looking After Your Wellbeing at Work – Tuesday 7th March
Join us online on Zoom next Tuesday 7th March from 2.30pm – 3.30pm with our partners from Business Gateway Tayside for a question-and-answer session about ways that you can look after your wellbeing at work.
Lorna from the Workplace Team will be on hand to share helpful tips, advice and further information on workplace wellbeing.

Looking After Your Wellbeing at Work | Business Gateway
Join us for a Question and Answer style session focusing on the topic of wellbeing at work and learn ideas and tips on how wellbeing can be developed and improved within your workplace.
Looking After Your Wellbeing at Work – Arbroath Infirmary – Wednesday 15th March
‘Looking After Your Wellbeing at Work’ is an interactive free session, which is suitable for employees and managers.
We will explore wellbeing and the steps we can all take to improve our wellbeing at work.
We will look at the things that affect our wellbeing and consider ways to build
the resilience to cope with challenges and difficult situations we may face.
By sharing some useful tools, the session aims to provide attendees with the
resources to take a more proactive approach to protecting their wellbeing
Our next session will take place on Wednesday 15th March from 09.30am to 12:00noon at Arbroath Infirmary Board Room.

Disability Confident Scheme Awareness Workshop – Online via Teams – Wednesday 22nd March
Do you want to recruit from a wider pool of talent and retain skills within your workforce, interested in how to develop inclusion and diversity within your workplace?
Join us online via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday 22nd March from 10am – 11am with Eileen Cunningham from the DWP to hear more about the free Disability Confident Scheme and how workplaces can get involved with this.
